Traveling in real comfort on an endless journey of the intercontinental seas, in search of tomorrows paradise and the best places to visit, retire, or live.  Our initial residential liner is planned to begin going on this voyage 2009.  We would love to have you as a passenger, guest, resident, owner, or business partner.

Our choices are numerous, flexible, and can be catered to fit the lifestyle you want or are accustom to.  With our plans, much like how you would plan your investments, or make plans for your retirement, you can plan your future holidays too.  We originated, developed, and designed these particular programs specifically for our liners, to provide the ultimate options for many, and they are available exclusively through us.

There are four seasons of weather, but with us, there is only one.  Always traveling in a region where the weather is sunny, warm, and next to perfect.  Our exclusive resort residences are of very high quality, are designed and being built for ultimate comfort and the finest in convenience.

Cruises

Minimum two week itineraries, with average prices from $116.39 U.S. per passenger per week averaged for owners, inclusive of maintenance fees, and based on double occupancy.

Suite, state room, cabin, villa, and estate accommodations are from the smallest at 200 square feet to largest at 6,100 sq ft..  One bedroom to four or five bedrooms and bathrooms, complete with a kitchenette, or kitchen depending on the size.  Units the size of a cabin, small condos or apartments, to units that you could fit two to ten of these cabins, condos or apartments inside.  A large selection available for singles, couples, and families.  You can reserve and handle your own arrangements, or for convenience, utilize the services of a travel designer / agent, to make your arrangements for you.

Vacation Ownership

A vacation home you own on minimum intervals of two weeks, and they last the life time of the ocean liner which is projected to be a minimum of 90 - 100 years, and more.  Vacation homes, suites, staterooms, cabins, villas, with ownership pricing from $8,013.32 to $165,609.76 U.S. you can own, and use every year for 2 weeks, plus the onboard living costs.  Endless voyages to the same destination, or as years go by, find a different escape to experience.  This is a great way of planning your future needs.

Fractional Ownership

We are offering 1/13 fractional ownership programs as well in our residence club properties, with fractionals from 1/13 of a year (28 Days) and up, priced from $16,026.65 to $607,367.22 U.S., plus onboard living expenses for your home at sea.  Fractional owner ships are a great way to own a second place to live or retire in our upscale community.  There are many other fractions available.

You can compare our ultimate owner ship and residence club at sea homes to other ownerships or packages for sale, including time shares / timeshare but these are not timeshares or re-sales of timeshare property.  You have a shared interest in a perfect escape. You will find our inclusive features and amenities, our prices, and our unique owner ships of the best, and better.

Our itineraries are structured entirely on 14 day intervals to provide you with more time to spend with your spouse, and/or family to relax and enjoy life on your holiday.  Destinations in the Caribbean, Caribbean Islands, Mediterranean, Europe, South America, Canada, California, Florida, the Bahamas, Hawaii, South Pacific, Maldives, plus many other interesting global places.

Extended stopovers and stays at our destinations and private escapes around the world give you the best chance to explore and enjoy each destination or place we visit to it's fullest.  Whether you reside aboard, are vacationing, or retain one of our ownerships.  Our exclusive luxury resorts are being developed and being built specifically for international living and world travel.

In our building program, you can select one of the properties and make a reservation direct from the builder to hold a unit at the current price.  As building begins on each level of the twin hull superstructure, pricing may change.
